- All accrued, unused PTO will be paid in your last paycheck in accordance with the company’s Paid Time Off Policy.
- Paid Sick Leave will not be cashed out in accordance with the company’s Paid Sick Leave Policy.
- Continue MetLife Legal plan through the portability option, if desired.
- Convert Nationwide Pet Insurance to an individual policy by completing a Continuation of Coverage form sent to you from Nationwide after termination.
- You have 90 days from the termination date to utilize any unused funds in a Health Care Flexible Savings Account (HCFSA) with WageWorks for health care expense that occurred prior to termination.
- Any funds in a Health Savings Account will remain yours.
- Separation of employment or a termination event with a future date entered into Workday before a tuition reimbursement is processed will be cancelled in accordance with the Education Reimbursement Policy.
- Short-Term Disability and Long-Term disability coverage with The Hartford ends on termination date.
- Log into Virgin Pulse within 30 days of termination to redeem pulse cash points if you are a non-benefits eligible associate.
