Adoption Benefit

CHOC helps fund the process of adoption for its associates when financial performance permits program funding. All regular Full Time associates with 90 days of service are eligible to receive $2,000 for documented expenses incurred upon successful completion of each adoption process.  There is a limit of one adoption per associate every 24 months, with a maximum associate allowance of $5,000.  Adoptions as a result of a marriage are not included.  Reimbursements are considered taxable income to the associate.
