CHOC is proud to be partnering with KinderCare to provide a tuition subsidy of 20% at any KinderCare Learning Center or Champions before- and after-school site nationwide. This benefit helps reduce the cost of childcare, making early childhood education and before and after school care more affordable and accessible for CHOC associates.

The 20% tuition subsidy is available to benefit-eligible associates, both for families new to KinderCare and Champions, and those already enrolled in a participating center. This benefit may be used for associates’ children, including biological, adopted, step-children, children of an eligible Registered Domestic Partner, and any other children for whom the associate is a legal guardian.

How do I apply for the tuition subsidy benefit?

If you choose to enroll your child(ren) at a KinderCare Learning Center or Champions site, inform the Center Director during the enrollment process that you work for CHOC and that you are eligible for a 20% tuition subsidy, then provide your employee ID number and see the discount applied during your first billing cycle.
