How to Enroll
If you are a new hire, you may enroll by selecting the Benefits Enrollment task in your Workday inbox. You will have 30 days from your hire to enroll in benefits coverage. Your coverage starts the 1st of the month following 30 days of your hire or transfer date.
If you have a life status change (e.g. marriage, birth) or have transferred to a benefit-eligible position, you may change your benefits coverage by selecting the Benefits worklet in Workday and clicking the Change Benefits task.
For all changes to your benefits coverage, you are provided the opportunity to make changes once a year during Annual Open Enrollment, which occurs beginning the first Friday in November, and ends on the Monday before Thanksgiving. Your enrollment changes are done by utilizing Workday.
